Dr. K. Jiang is a wonderful surgeon and a kind young lady. You can trust her opinion and I felt very safe in her hands. The ladies at the front desk and other staff were all very sweet and helpful. The office is very busy the times I’ve been there, however, all the staff stay positive, cheerful and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Jiang.
Absolutely amazing Dr! Colten Wendel is professional and personable. I had a cataract in both eyes and he fixed me up good as new one month apart from each other. Dr. Wendel is so welcoming, so friendly.. a really good listener and helped me with bubbles on my new lens to replace the cataract and relieved my worries about macular degeneration in a very knowledgable , experienced and kind way. Dr Wendel did my mom’s cataract surgery on both her eyes. The left eye cataract was so thick that she was literally blind in that eye and now that it’s healed she can see perfectly in both eyes. She’s had a lot of follow up appointments and it’s clear that this doctor cares about his patients not just up to the point of surgery. The receptionists and all the other staff in office are also very kind. Sometimes the wait times can be a little longer but it’s completely understandable and we always plan accordingly and make sure we’re free for at least a few hours just in case. My mom is always saying how glad she is that her eye doctor referred her to Dr. Wendel and his office and I’m just glad that she’s happy with her results.
Colton Wendel is a true professional and would recommend him to anyone. His Team are friendly, professional, and very helpful. Going to a doctor is often dreaded but Dr Wendel is one in a million that you will be happy to see again. From the moment you meet him, he makes you feel comfortable, relaxed and lets you know what he is doing step by step. His personality is wonderful and it shows that he cares about each patient. Dr. Jiang is very professional with a great bedside manner. She did a brow lift for me to open my eyes and stop the hooded lids. She and the eye care centre at Peace Arch Hospital were so good. The nurses that accompanied Dr. Jiang during my procedure looked after me, and made me feel at ease the whole way through. Will get referred again if I need!! Thank you all!! 😀
Dr. Wendel is a very friendly, considerate and honest Doctor. The kind of energy he brings is very refreshing, and you feel being heard and taken care of. Randeep who is the medical office assistant is very helpful and empathetic person. Overall, a great experience, and would highly recommend him!
My grandma recently had cataract surgery done with Dr. Colten Wendel, and since her first appointment, she has been absolutely impressed. Dr. Wendel and his colleagues attentiveness and compassion speak volumes. As you can imagine, any kind of eye procedure can be daunting for many. I commend his patience, care, and ability to put nerves at rest, especially with seniors. I didn’t even have the procedure, and I’m truly floored. Thank you for taking such good care of my grandma!
